Geoffrey Stern, CEO
Geoffrey, the inventor of the Voice-Express system and technology, is the Founder and CEO of both Voice-Express and EKKO Technologies.
Geoff keeps busy developing concepts for audio-enhanced products and services utilizing his company's voice-chip technology. Working with our suppliers and sales channels Geoffrey’s mission is to make sure that if you've got something to say, EKKO Technologies can deliver the message.
Prior to founding Voice-Express, Geoff ran a company that manufactured and provided security and fire suppression systems for data and communication centers based on another of his patents.
He is a graduate of Columbia University and worked briefly under a technology analyst on Wall Street before he becoming a serial entrepreneur. Today Geoff lives in Westport Connecticut with his wife Orna and has three grown children
Andrew Barer, President
Andrew, who led the effort to secure funding for EKKO Technologies, is an accomplished entrepreneur, executive, educator and public speaker.
In the fall of 1999, he raised $2.5 million in seed capital and launched PPINetwork.com, a company providing web-based Customer Relationship Management services for businesses in the $15 Billion promotional products industry.
Prior to founding PPINetwork.com, Andrew was the Regional Vice President of Sales for Champion Athletic, where he managed a staff of 20 sales representatives and $35 million in sales.
Andrew is the Founder and Executive Director of the Common Ground Foundation. Common Ground is a non-profit organization that brings leadership development programs and free basketball clinics staffed by nationally-known college coaches to Native American Reservations. Andrew is also a member of the Easton Learning Foundation, an organization that supports educational initiatives in the town where he lives.
Andrew is a graduate of Wesleyan University. He lives in Easton Connecticut with his wife Debbi, his three children, and the family dog, Rocket.
