Audio can be added either online using a telephone, the audio is downloaded onto the product at fulfillment, in-store using a kiosk (the audio is downloaded to the product via a direct connection to the kiosk), or at home using a built-in microphone.

Wherever consumers are already customizing products either online or at a kiosk, the process of adding audio can be seamlessly integrated into the exiting flow.
